Scegliere il supporto di cottura
Selezionare il tipo e la quantità di pietanze da cuocere e il supporto di cottura:
• Utilizzare la griglia per pietanze singole, come cosce di pollo o pizza.
• Utilizzare il cestello di frittura per cuocere in modo omogeneo
grandi quantità, come crocchette di pollo o patatine fritte.
• Lo spiedo è adatto per cuocere pietanze grasse, come pollo
arrosto, e pietanze che non possono essere appoggiate.
Posizionare le pietanze sul supporto di cottura, in modo che i singoli pezzi siano uno
accanto all’altro. In questo modo si ottiene una cottura omogenea.
INFO: la cottura con aria calda è particolarmente adatta a prodotti da forno secchi,
come biscotti, panini e pizza.
Utilizzare la griglia o il cestello per friggere
Riempire il cestello di frittura no ad un massimo di due terzi per garantire una cottura
uniforme.
1 Premere Start/Stop per spegnere il dispositivo.
ATTENZIONE: assicurarsi prima del prossimo passaggio, che il supporto di
cottura non sia bollente. Se il supporto è bollente, utilizzare guanti da forno o

• Le pietanze non sbattano contro le pareti interne del dispositivo durante la cottura.
• Il supporto di cottura con le pietanze possa essere rimosso
dal dispositivo senza problemi dopo la cottura.
• Tra i singoli pezzi da cuocere sia garantita una circolazione dell’aria omogenea.
Utilizzare il girarrosto
Scegliere la grandezza della pietanza da cuocere, in modo che
• La pietanza non tocchi le pareti interne del dispositivo, in
modo da garantire la rotazione dello spiedo.
• La pietanza non sia più pesante di 1,2 kg.
ATTENZIONE: utilizzare il cestello al posto dello spiedo, se la pietanza pesa
più di 1,2 kg, in modo da non danneggiare il motore dei rotori.
