RECETAS
Ingredientes
Masa para pizza (para 4 personas)
500 g de harina de trigo
1 cucharadita de sal
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
20 g de levadura fresca o 1 paquete de levadura en polvo
250 ml de agua tibia
Preparación
Mezclar la harina con la sal y el aceite o un recipiente adecuado. Mezclar la levadura
fresca en agua tibia y remover. A continuación, añadirla a la harina y mezclar. La
levadura en polvo puede echarse directamente a la harina y a continuación añadir el
agua tibia. Amasar todo hasta obtener una masa uniforme. Será ideal emplear una
batidora con gancho amasador o un robot de cocina. Cubrir el recipiente con un paño
