Cómo moldear masa

Cómo montar nata o batir clara de huevo “a punto de nieve”
1. Coloque el robot en las posiciones 4-6, y bata sin parar las claras de huevo
durante 5 minutos hasta que la masa se endurezca.
2. No mezcle más de 24 huevos.
3. Para montar la nata, use 250 ml de nata fresca. Ponga la máquina en las
