FUNCTIONS OF THE TRAINING COMPUTER

Function keys

MODE • Press to select presets for time, distance and calories.

• Press to display the set value or after entering the

value.

• Press and hold for 2 sec. to reset all values except the

odometer to 0.

SET • Use this to set the target time, distance and calories.

Press and hold for 2 sec. to speed up the setting.

RESET • Press to reset the functional values.

• Press and hold for 2 sec. to reset all values except

the odometer to 0. (When you replace the battery, all

values are reset to 0)

START/STOP • To start/stop the training

Functions

Batteries Insert 2 AA 1.5 V batteries into the battery

compartment on the back of the computer. (When

you replace the battery, all values are reset to 0.)

Auto On/Off As soon as you start your training, the display

automatically shows the training values. If you

interrupt the training for 256 sec. the display

switches off. But the exercise values are saved. If you

continue your training, the values are added to the

previous values.

Car scanner After the display turns on or the Mode button is

pressed, the display shows all the values Time-

Calories-Kilometres-Pulse-Speed-Distance. Each

value is displayed for 6 sec.
