Intended use / Safety instructions
This manual is the basis for handling the appliance.
Read and follow the instructions carefully before instal-
ling and operating the appliance.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any injury, da-
mage or problems caused by failure to follow the instruc-
tions, incorrect installation or improper handling.
To avoid injury or damage and to ensure trouble-free ope-
ration of the appliance, follow the instructions below:
Keep children under 8 years and pets at a safe distance
from the appliance and its cord.
Children aged 8 years and above, or persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, lack
of experience or knowledge, may only use, clean or ge-
nerally maintain this appliance if they are supervised or
have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
Make sure that children cannot play with or on the appli-
ance, its components or near the appliance.
The appliance is only intended for installation in a kit-
chen furniture. For installation, follow the instructions in
the corresponding chapter.
The appliance is designed for private use in a domestic
environment and is intended for preparing, heating and
keeping food and drinks warm.
Use it exclusively for its intended purpose!
The appliance is not intended for operation via a sepa-
rate remote control or operation via an external timer.
When operating the appliance for the rst time,
insulating materials and heating elements may cause
a particular smell and also light smoke.
This is normal and harmless.
In this case, let the appliance run empty until these
have dissipated and then wipe out the cooking cham-
ber with a damp cloth.
You can then use the oven to heat food.
Unused appliances are a safety hazard.
Never leave the appliance switched on unused
and disconnect it from the power supply if you are not
going to use it for a long period of time.
Danger to life and injury
Keep all packaging materials, assembly accessories
and small parts out of the reach of children and pets!
These can be very dangerous if, for example, they are
pulled over the head or swallowed.
Check the appliance for damage after unpacking.
Do not connect the appliance if it is damaged
or if you are unsure about the proper functioning.

Edges and components can be sharp and cause inju-
ries. Exercise appropriate caution during installation
and protect yourself if necessary, e.g. with work gloves.
When opening and closing the appliance, there is a risk
of pinching. Do not reach into hinges.
If the oven door comes off the hinge due to careless-
ness, this can cause injury. Always make sure that the
door is always rmly mounted.
Risk of electric shock
To avoid electric shock and damage, disconnect the
appliance from the power supply during installation,
maintenance or other work on it and switch it off before
any cleaning.
The appliance may only be installed and earthed by a
certied electrician in compliance with the applicable
regulations, to ensure the necessary safety.
The installer is responsible for the proper functioning
on site.
Check whether the technical data (V and Hz) on the
rating plate of the appliance match those of your dome-
stic installation.
If they do not match, return the appliance to the point
of sale.
If you are unsure, contact your electricity supplier..
The appliance is tted with a plug and must be con-
nected to a socket outlet installed and earthed in
accordance with all applicable regulations to avoid
electric shock.
If you are unsure, consult a certied electrician.
Ensure that there is an easily accessible tested circuit
breaker (fuse) that allows the appliance to be complete-
ly disconnected from the mains supply if required.
Do not use adapters, multiple sockets or extension
cords.
