Removing and inserting the slide-in rail racks
Removing the slide-in rails, including the side catalytic panels
if present (see the corresponding section), greatly facilitates
access to the inner side walls of the oven, their cleaning, and
the cleaning of all accessories.
To do this, proceed as follows for each side:
Remove all accessories such as the baking tray and the
cooking grate.
Press the rail rack down slightly at the bottom of the
clamping point and release it from the anchorage (1).
Swing the rack slightly away from the inner wall of the
oven and then lift a bit so that the upper hooks come out
of their hooking holes (2).
Note: If the side catalytic panel is inserted in the oven,
it will come loose together with the rail rack. If so, grasp
the individual parts so that they cannot fall apart.
During and after removing the rail rack from the cooking
chamber, make sure that the hooks and edges do not come
into contact with sensitive surfaces so as not to scratch
them.
To reinsert the slide-in rails together with side catalytic pan-
els if present, proceed in the reverse order to that described
above.
To do this, insert the rail rack with the attached catalytic
panel, if present, into the cooking chamber in a slightly
inclined position, hang the upper hooks downwards into
the mounting holes and swing the lower end of the rack
towards the inner oven wall.
Press the lowest rack bar slightly downwards at the clamp-
ing point and then push it towards the oven inner wall into
the holder.
