5.3 Tips for solving cooking problems

Problem Tips and possible solutions

The browning is uneven. • Select a lower temperature setting for slower and

more even cooking

(This may result in a longer cooking time).

• Use the middle slide-in level, especially for top/bot-

tom heat.

• Make sure you use suitable ovenware and accesso-

ries (see general recommendations for cooking in

the oven).

• Preheat the cooking chamber for cooking delicate

food and avoid using the quick heating function.
