Meat probe (AutoCook)
The meat probe monitors the temperature inside a dish
(core). For this, a target temperature is determined.
When it has been reached, the dish is considered ready
and the oven switches o automatically.
• In standby mode, connect the meat probe to the socket in
the cavity. „Prob“ and the probe icon will be displayed
.
• Select your desired heating type using the and keys.
• Press to conrm the setting .
• Aer that, press the and keys again to adjust the
temperature.
• Press the key again to conrm the setting.
• The small display will show the temperature and the large
display „Prob“.
• When the set target core temperature is reached, this will
be shown on the display.
Five beeps will signal the end of the cooking process.
Hints:
• The target core temperature can be set in the
range 50 - 150 °C. The operating temperature of
the oven is 165°C.
• While using this function, the automatic timer
cannot be set.
• If you unplug the meat probe from the socket, the
current operation will be canceled.
• If the display shows „ER-3“ aer the programme
has been started, this means a problem with the
meat probe. Please contact a qualied technician.
• Aer setting the temperature by pressing the key,
press to conrm the setting and start operation.
Hint:
Aer setting this function, the screen shows the
clock and „End“.
Press to inquire the end time (3 seconds).
Turning on the oven lighting
• Use the key to navigate to the lamp function
(until the icon lights up in the display).
• Press to conrm.
Child lock / key lock
Locking the control panel:
• Press and hold the and keys for 3 seconds.
A beep will sound and the icon will appear on the dis-
play indicating the key lock is activated.
Unlocking the control panel:
• Press the same key combination again – the key lock will
be released.
Energy saving function
• During in waiting state and reminding state , press
for three seconds, the display will turn itself o and set to
energy-saving mode.
• If there’s no operation in 10 minutes in waiting state, the
display will shut down and go into energy-saving mode.
• In energy-saving mode, press any key to quit the energy-
saving mode.
General operating notes
• The oven light is turned on in all heating modes except the
ECO-Funktion.
• When you have selected a heating type, but the key
is not pressed within 5 minutes, the current time will be
displayed (waiting state) and the selected function will be
recognized as invalid.
• To make sure that your input was detected right from the
SensorTouch-Control panel, a buzzer will sound.
Start / Pause / Cancel + Standby
• Start:

Hint:
Press the key briey to interrupt the cooking
process. A long press will be recognized as invalid.
