Using the hob

3.3 The dual / triple zone function

• This function only works on zone No. 1 and 3.

• The dual and triple cooking zone have two or three heating zones,

so you can use a central the central heating zone (A)

or two (B) or three heating zones (C) at once.

Activating the dual-/triple zone function

• Select a desired dual/triple cooking zone and set the power level.

The central area (A) switches on as usual.

• Now press the corresponding cooking zone selection button again.

While the heating level indicator is ashing,

press the dual/triple cooking zone control once to additionally activa-

te the second heating zone (B) or

twice for the third heating zone (C, only available for cooking zone 1).

A red dot next to the icon indicates that the double/triple zone func-

tion is activated. The power indicator shows for area

or for area

and the current power level alternating.

• To switch between the cooking zones during operation in the sequence

B > A > B ... or C > A > B > C ... , press the corresponding cooking zone

selection key and then the key once or several times.

Deactivating the dual-/triple zone function

• To disable the dual/triple zone function, touch the corresponding coo-

king zone selection key during cooking process and then the key .

• When you switch o the cooking zone or hob,

the function is also deactivated and may have to be reset.
