Care and cleaning

• Allow the lter to dry thoroughly and

carefully replace it in the extractor

hood.

• When retting the lters, make sure

that the handle is visible on the

outside.

• When cleaning metal grease lters

take care not to bend them or to

damage the mesh.

• Avoid using alkaline dishwasher

cleaning agents (ph value over 7).

• Frequent cleaning or the use of

aggressive cleaning agents can

cause color changes of the metal

surface. These have no inuence

on the lter function and are not a

reason for complaint.

6.3 Replacing / Mounting the

activated carbon lter

Original activated carbon

lter for this model: K606

(not included in delivery)

• The lter is not washable and can-

not be regenerated.

It must be replaced approximately

every 9-12 months of operation,

or more frequently for particularly

heavy usage.

• Remove the metal grease lters.

• Remove any existing carbon lters

from the motor by turning them

(usually counter-clockwise).

• Screw the activated

carbon

lter in

two parts to the right and left of the

motor (usually clockwise). To do this,

check that the teeth correspond to

the direction of rotation of each side.

• Ret the metal grease lters.

6.4 Changing the lamp

• The LED lighting may only be

repaired or replaced by qualied

personnel.

• For this purpose, the appliance

must be disconnected from the

power supply.

• When changing a lamp, make

sure that the new lamp does not

have a higher wattage than of the

original.

• Before connecting the hood, make

sure that the voltage indicated on

the rating plate (V) corresponds to

the supply voltage in your home.
