Ingredienti
170 g di farina di frumento a basso contenuto di glutine
170 g di zucchero bianco semolato
10 g di lievito in polvere
100 g d’acqua
50 g di margarina con un contenuto di grassi dell'80% ca.
2 – 3 uova (125 g di uova sbattute)
Per la cottura: carta da forno con un diametro di ca. 200 mm.
Preparazione
Gli ingredienti devono essere a temperatura ambiente. Sbattere le uova con
lo zucchero per 2 o 3 minuti e aggiungere la margarina sciolta. Unire poco alla
volta la farina, il lievito e l’acqua. Sistemare la carta da forno sul fondo di una
pirofila di vetro e versarvi il composto. Mescolare il tutto per 10 minuti e posi-
zionare la pirofila al centro sul piatto del grill, quindi selezionare il programma
aria calda. Cuocere per 26 minuti a 170°C.
Torta
Ingredienti
250 g di farina di frumento a basso contenuto di glutine
250 g di zucchero bianco semolato
15 g di lievito in polvere
150 g d’acqua
75 g di margarina con un contenuto di grassi dell'80% ca.
3 – 4 uova (185 g di uova sbattute)
Per la cottura: carta da forno con un diametro di ca. 200 mm.
Preparazione
Gli ingredienti devono essere a temperatura ambiente. Sbattere le uova con
lo zucchero per 2 o 3 minuti e aggiungere la margarina sciolta. Unire poco
alla volta la farina, il lievito e l’acqua. Sistemare la carta da forno sul fondo
di una pirofila di vetro e versarvi il composto. Mescolare il tutto per altri 10
