Cuocere a vapore e grigliare (funzione combinata)
Nelle tabelle seguenti sono riportati numerosi esempi. Durante la cottura a vapore
vogliate osservare i punti seguenti:
Tutti i tempi indicati sono valori direttivi. Il tempo di preparazione reale dipende
tra l'altro dalla grandezza e freschezza dei prodotti.
Gli alimenti piazzati più in alto nella camera di cottura cuociono più rapidamente
rispetto a quelli situati più in profondità.
Prima della scadenza occorre verificare il tempo indicato, per accertarsi che le
pietanze siano già cotte. In questo modo si evita una possibile cottura eccessiva.
Tutti i tempi di cottura sono indicati in minuti nelle tabelle.
