5. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
5.1 Maintenance
• You can use a little olive oil on the shaft, locking button or mixing bowl to ensure
that these parts do not oxidize.
• When you are not using the product, you can cover it with a packing bag and
place it in a dry environment.
5.2 Cleaning
• Do not immerse the product in water. Do not use water to rinse the unit to avoid
short circuit, electric shock, leakage, rust and other malfunctions.
• Do not use a dripping wet towel to wipe the product.
• Do not use detergent/vinegar/salt or other caustic, alkaline cleaners to clean the
casing, otherwise the surface of the product may be damaged.
• Do not use sharp and rough tools such as steel wire to brush the product and
accessories. Otherwise, the surface may be easily damaged.
• Do not wash the attachments with caustic or alkaline detergents.
• The mixing bowl, whisk, dough hook, mixing hook, ne grater, coarse grater,
slicer, sausage ller, kibbeh nozzle and cookie maker may be washed in the
dishwasher. The splash screen is made of hardened plastic and therefore cannot
be washed in the dishwasher. Clean it with warm water and soap.
• Do not soak the attachments in dish soap, salt water, vinegar and other corrosive
liquids for a long time. Rinse them immediately after cleaning.
• Dry the attachments well after cleaning.
• The rotating shaft will produce some black marks due to the high speed and
friction when the product rotates. Clean the shaft after each use and keep the
part dry.
• Clean the control panel and screen only with a slightly damp cloth.
• Be sure to clean and dry all parts thoroughly after each use.
6. STORAGE
Store the product in a clean and dry place. Do not store the product in extreme high
or extreme low temperatures.
7. DISPOSAL AND RECYCLE
Think about the environment and contribute to a cleaner living environment! This
product is subject to the European Directive (EU) 2012/19/EU. At the end of its
service life, do not dispose of the product with normal household waste, but deliver
it to a collection point designated by the authorities for recycling.
