1. Place the desired vegetable grater in the cutting grinder, as shown in image A.
2. Remove the front cover, as shown in image B.
3. Press the release button, hold the grinder, connect it to the front coupler and
turn it counterclockwise to the lock position, as shown in image C.
4. Place a container or bowl near the outlet of the grinder.
5. Plug in the power cord.
6. Set the speed dial to the desired gear.
7. Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
8. Put the cut vegetables into the grinder one at a time.
9. Use the pestle to push the vegetables into the feed opening of the cutting mill,
as shown in image D.
10. After use, turn the speed dial to position 0 and unplug the machine.
