6. Gently push the attachment up and turn it a quarter turn counterclockwise to the

locking position, as shown in image E.

7. Gently push the head down. The locking knob will automatically lock sight by

moving to the horizontal position, as shown in image F.

3.3 How to use

1. Plug in the power cord.

2. Turn the speed knob to the desired speed and start mixing.

3. Once the dough meets your requirements, turn the speed knob back to 0 to stop

the product.

4. Gently push the head of the product up while pushing the lock button down. The

head will rise.

5. Turn the mixing bowl counterclockwise to remove it.

6. Remove the dough from the mixing bowl.

7. Unplug it before changing attachments, accessing parts that move during use,

when cleaning it or when storing it.

3.5 Operation

• Once the product is connected to the power outlet, the control panel will light

up and go into standby mode.

• After 3 minutes of no use, the display will go into standby mode. Turn the speed

knob to reactivate the display.

• The product will go into sleep mode if no action has been taken in standby

mode for 3 minutes.

• When the product is in sleep mode, turn the speed knob to bring it back to

adjustable mode. The LED light on the speed knob will then illuminate.
