Tips for grilling
Food Temperature Setting Cooking Time

Your meat will be more tender if you marinate it overnight before grilling. Marinade always consists of oil
(to make the meat moist), vinegar (to make it tender) and a mixture of spices.
Always use tongs or a spatula to turn the food over. Forks can damage the non-stick coating.
Turn meat and sh only once during grilling to prevent them from drying out.
Rub a little oil on the grill from time to time to prevent the food from sticking to it.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Remove the plug from the socket and allow the grill to cool down completely.
Remove the thermostat (13).
Wipe the grill plate clean (3) with kitchen paper. Disconnect the grill and the drip tray and clean them
with warm water, mild soap and a soft sponge. Do not use hard scouring pads, steel wool or abrasive
cleaners.
Allow the grill plate and thermostat socket to dry thoroughly.
Clean the lid and the base with a damp cloth, then allow it to dry thoroughly.

Storage
Store the Barbecue in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extreme high or extreme low
temperatures.
