• Utilice la rejilla de calentamiento para mantener caliente la comida preparada,

• Utilice el quemador wok como un hornillo normal para cocinar, hornear o asar.
• Para evitar que la llama pique, mantenga limpia la rejilla del grill, utilice sólo
carnes y no cocine a temperaturas muy altas.
• Coloque los alimentos delicados, como el pescado y las verduras, en bandejas
de papel de aluminio y colóquelas directamente sobre la rejilla de calentamiento.
Gire el mando o mandos de los quemadores a la posición más alta.
• Utilice pinzas de mango largo o una espátula en lugar de un tenedor para evitar
perder los jugos naturales y gire los alimentos sólo una vez durante la cocción.
