Tiempo de mezclado
Su batidora con base KitchenAid
®
mezclará más rápido y a fondo que
la mayoría de las batidoras con base
eléctricas. En consecuencia, el tiempo
de mezclado en la mayoría de las
recetas se deberá ajustar para evitar
batir demasiado. Con los pasteles, por
ejemplo, el batido podrá tomar la mitad
del tiempo que con otras batidoras con
base.
Uso de la batidora
NOTA: No raspe el tazón mientras la
batidora con base esté funcionando.
El tazón y el batidor se han diseñado
para proveer un mezclado a fondo
sin necesidad de raspar el tazón
frecuentemente. Por lo general, raspar
el tazón una o dos veces durante el
mezclado es suciente. Apague la batidora
con base antes de raspar.
La batidora con base puede calentarse
durante el uso. Con las mezclas
densas que requieren un tiempo de
mezclado prolongado, quizás no pueda
tocar la parte superior de la batidora
cómodamente. Esto es normal.
Si la batidora con base se sobrecarga,
se apagará automáticamente para evitar
daños. Consulte “Protección del motor
