mezclará más rápido y a fondo que
la mayoría de las batidoras con
base eléctricas. Por consecuencia, el
tiempo de mezclado en la mayoría
de las recetas se deberá ajustar para
evitar mezclar demasiado. Con los
pasteles, por ejemplo, el tiempo de
batido podrá tomar la mitad del
tiempo que con otras batidoras
con base.
Uso de la batidora
NOTA: No raspe el tazón mientras la
batidora con base esté funcionando.
El tazón y el batidor se han diseñado
para proveer un mezclado a fondo
sin necesidad de raspar el tazón
frecuentemente. Por lo general
raspar el tazón una o dos veces
durante el mezclado es suficiente.
Apague la batidora con base
antes de raspar. La batidora con
base puede calentarse durante el
uso. Con las mezclas densas que
requieren un tiempo de mezclado
prolongado, quizás no pueda tocar
la parte superior de la batidora
