SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Si su batidora con base funciona mal,
revise lo siguiente:
1. La batidora con base se puede calentar
durante el uso. Con las mezclas densas
que requieren períodos de mezclado
prolongados, quizás no pueda
tocar la parte superior de la unidad
cómodamente. Eso es normal.
2. La batidora con base podrá emitir un
olor cáustico, especialmente cuando
es nueva. Esto es común en los motores
eléctricos.
3. Si el batidor plano golpea el tazón,
detenga la batidora con base. Consulte
la sección “Cómo ensamblar la batidora
con base” y ajuste la distancia entre el
batidor y el tazón.
4. La palanca de control de velocidad no
se mueve suave o fácilmente.
Para mover con facilidad la palanca
de control de velocidades, levántela
ligeramente mientras la mueve por
los ajustes en cualquiera de las dos
direcciones.
5. Si su batidora con base falla o no
funciona, sírvase revisar lo siguiente:
• ¿Está enchufada la batidora con base?
• ¿Está funcionando adecuadamente
el fusible en el circuito que va a la
batidora con base? Si tiene una caja
de cortacircuitos, asegúrese de que el
circuito esté cerrado.
• Apague la batidora con base
durante 10 a 15 segundos y vuelva a
encenderla. Si la batidora con base
todavía no se enciende, deje que se
enfríe durante 30 minutos antes de
volver a encenderla.
Si no se puede corregir el problema:
Consulte la sección “Garantía y servicio”.
No devuelva la batidora con base a la
tienda, ellos no brindan servicio técnico.
