GAUFRES
Dans un large bol, combinez la farine tout usage, la
farine de blé entier, les graines de lin, l’avoine, les
graines de tournesol, la levure chimique, la cassonade
et le sel. Ajoutez le lait, l’huile et les œufs et mélangez
jusqu’à ce que le tout soit humide. Certains gros
morceaux peuvent demeurer.
Réglez la minuterie du gaufrier pour préchauffer
pendant 3 minutes et 45 secondes. Répartissez
235 ml (1 tasse) de pâte sur le côté supérieur du
gaufrier. Refermez le couvercle, faites démarrer la
minuterie et tournez le gaufrier. Remplissez le deuxième
côté du gaufrier et tournez l’appareil à nouveau.
Lorsque vous entendez le signal, retirez la première
gaufre. Retirez la seconde gaufre. Répétez avec le reste
de pâte. Servez avec le beurre de miel.

Dans un petit bol, combinez le beurre et le miel, et
mettez de côté.
