BROT/PIZZA
Zum Backen verschiedener Sorten und Formen von Brot und Pizza. Innerhalb dieser Funktion gibt es zwei
Programme mit vordefinierten Einstellungen. Es genügt, einfach die notwendigen Werte (Temperatur und
Zeit) anzugeben, und der Backofen verwaltet den optimalen Garzyklus automatisch. Heizen Sie den Backofen
vor und geben Sie den Teig auf die 2. Ebene.
AUTOMATIK
BACKOFEN REINIGEN
Zum Entfernen der bei den Garvorgängen entstandene Verschmutzungen durch einen Zyklus bei sehr hoher
Temperatur (etwa 500° C). Es sind zwei Selbstreinigungszyklen verfügbar: ein kompletter Zyklus (PYROLYSE),
und ein kürzerer Zyklus (ECO). Wird die Funktion regelmäßig genutzt, so empfiehlt sich der Sparzyklus.
Wählen Sie den kompletten Zyklus nur für starke Verschmutzungen.
