DESINFEKTION ZUM DESINFIZIEREN von Babyflaschen und Gläsern
JOGHURT ZUM HERSTELLEN VON JOGHURT

bei Raumtemperatur gehen zu lassen.
GEHENLASSEN VON TEIG
SETZEN SIE DIE TEIGSCHÜSSEL mit einem Tuch abgedeckt auf den Ofenrost in Stufe 1 oder 2.

IE GEHZEIT KANN AUF DIESE WEISE um 1/3 im Vergleich mit der im Rezept angegebenen Zeit verkürzt
werden.

IE VERKÜRZUNG DER ZEIT ZUM GEHENLASSEN DES TEIGS wird empfohlen, da die Temperatur im
Geräteinnern optimaler ist als die Raumtemperatur. Der Gehvorgang muss im Vergleich zur
herkömmlichen Vorgehensweise daher vorzeitig abgebrochen werden. Ansonsten wird der Gehvorgang
fortgesetzt, was dazu führt, dass der Teig zu stark aufgeht.
