ERKORT DE RIJSTIJD met 1/3 vergeleken met een traditioneel recept.

ET VERKORTEN VAN DE RIJSTIJD wordt aanbevolen omdat de omgevingstemperatuur in de oven beter is
t.o.v. van kamertemperatuur. Het is daarom noodzakelijk om het rijzen eerder te stoppen. Anders rijst het
deeg te veel.
