REMOTE CONTROL
The remote control must be recognized by the hood through the following procedure:
Hood and remote control pairing procedure
Press the "◄" or "►" button until the remote control shows the symbol
Press the middle button "■" for 5 seconds.
At this point, the pairing procedure is completed and the hood is configured to operate
with the remote control.
Hob light ON/OFF:
Press the "◄" or "►" button until the remote control shows the symbol
Press the "+" button to switch the lights on.
Press the "-" button to switch the lights off.
Press the button "■" to change light status from off to on and vice versa.
Extraction power selection:
Press the "◄" or "►" button until the remote control shows the symbol
Press the "+" button, "-" button or the button "■" respectively to increase, decrease or
switch off (standby) the extraction power.
N.B.: during hood operation, the LED remains on; it will switch off as soon as the
motor status changes to OFF.
Filter RESET
The hood is fitted with a device indicating when the grease filter needs to be changed.
Grease filter saturation is indicated (while the hood is off) by means of the LED flashing.
To reset the function, press and hold the "■" button, while the motor is switched off, for 3 seconds.
REMOTE CONTROL MAINTENANCE
Remote control cleaning:
Clean the remote control with a soft cloth and neutral detergent solution free of abrasive substances.
Replacing the battery:
• Open the battery compartment by prising with a small flathead screwdriver.
• Replace the exhausted battery with a new 12 V MN21/23 one. When inserting the new battery, observe
the polarities marked on the battery compartment!
• Close the battery compartment.
Disposal of batteries
The batteries must be disposed of in compliance with all national laws and regulations.
Do not throw away used batteries together with normal waste. The batteries must be disposed of safely.
