Bevor Sie den technischen Kundendienst kontaktieren:

Starten Sie das Gerät erneut, um zu prüfen, ob das Problem gelöst wurde. Trennen Sie andernfalls die

Spannungsversorgung des Geräts erneut wiederholen Sie den Vorgang nach etwa einer Stunde.

Sollte das Gerät nach Durchlaufen der Checklisten im Fehlerleitfaden sowie nach einem Neustart immer

noch nicht korrekt funktionieren, wenden Sie sich an den technischen Kundendienst, erklären Sie das

Problem und machen Sie folgende Angaben:

• Art der Fehlfunktion

• Modell

• Typ und Seriennummer des Geräts (auf dem Typenschild)

• Servicenummer (die Zahl nach dem Wort SERVICE auf dem

Typenschild im Gerät)
