Coloque los huevos, el agua y la harina en el tazón para mezclar. Coloque el
tazón y el batidor plano en la mezcladora. Pase a la Velocidad 2 y mezcle durante
30 segundos.
Quite el batidor plano e instale el gancho para masa. Pase a la Velocidad
2 y amase durante 2 minutos.
Amase la masa a mano por un tiempo de 30 segundos a 1 minuto. Tápela con
una toalla seca y deje que repose por 15 minutos antes de extrudirla a través de la
Máquina de Pasta, antes de aplanarla en los Rodillos para Pasta, o antes de
aplanarla y cortarla a mano.

SUGERENCIA: Para Cocinar Pasta, agregue 1 cucharada de sal y 1 cucharada
