Príprava
1. V hrnci rozpustite maslo, pridajte cibuľu, zeler a mrkvu a povarte 5 minút na strednej
teplote, aby sa zelenina trocha podusila.
2. Vmiešajte múku a varte na strednej teplote asi jednu minútu.
3. Primiešajte mlieko, za stáleho miešania uveďte do varu a miešajte pokým masa
nezačne hustnúť.
4. Odstavte, primiešajte kuracie mäso, horčicu, hrášok a práškový kurací vývar,
okoreňte podľa chuti.
5. Rozohrejte prístroj na koláče, počkajte, kým sa rozsvieti zelená kontrolka.
6. Do otvorov vtlačte na dno cesto.
7. Pridajte pripravenú plnku a zakryte vrchnou časťou cesta, a potrite trochou mlieka.
8. Prístroj na koláče zatvorte a pečte 10-12 minút do zlatohneda.
9. Koláče opatrne vyberte a podávajte.
Recept sa hodí na spotrebovanie zbytkov pečeného kurčaťa a zeleniny.
Koláč so špenátom a syrom feta
Na 1 koláč
Prísady
1 polievková lyžica oleja
1 cibuľa, očistená a nakrájaná
1 strúčik cesnaku, očistený a rozdrvený
1 červenej papriky nakrájanej na kocky
250 g umytého mladého listového špenátu
2 polievkové lyžice tučnej smotany
50 g drobivého syra Feta
1 polievková lyžica píniových orieškov
1 štipka muškátového orieška
čierne korenie
šťava z ½ citróna
4 pláty lístkového cesta
25 g rozpusteného masla
Príprava
1. Predhrejte prístroj na koláče, počkajte, kým sa rozsvieti zelená kontrolka.
2. V hrnci opečte na oleji cibuľku, cesnak a korenie.
3. Primiešajte špenát a mierne ho prehrejte. Pridajte ostatné prísady okrem lístkového
cesta a rozpusteného masla. Všetko dobre premiešajte a nechajte krátko povariť.
4. Pláty lístkového cesta z oboch strán potrite rozpusteným maslom. Položte dva plátky
cesta vodorovne na dno plechu na pečenie v prístroji na koláče a dva zvyšné kúsky
cesta umiestnite zvislo na spodný plech na pečenie. Naplňte špenátovou zmesou.
5. Zvyšné konce cesta preložte tak, aby zakrývali plnku a potrite ich maslom.
6. Prístroj na koláče zatvorte a koláčiky pečte 10-15 minút do zlatohneda.
7. Mierne ochlaďte a potom opatrne koláče vyberte cukrárskym nožom alebo
obracačkou na vyberanie z panvice a podávajte.
