Strúhaná citrónová kôra z jedného chemicky neošetrovaného citróna
Príprava
1. Predhrejte prístroj na koláče, počkajte, kým sa rozsvieti zelená kontrolka.
2. V mise zmiešajte múku, cukor, mak a citrónovú kôru.
3. Zmiešajte jogurt, maslo a vajíčko a vmiešajte do suchých surovín. Varechou všetko
rozmiešajte na hladkú masu bez hrudiek.
4. Do otvorov v prístroji vložte mafinové košíčky a naplňte ich cca. 2/3 cesta.
5. Prístroj zatvorte a mafiny pečte 10-12 minút, až nakysnú a upečú sa do zlatohneda.
6. Mafiny opatrne vyberte, nechajte trochu vychladnúť, potrite citrónovou polevou
a podávajte.
7. Rovnako postupujte pri pečení zvyšnej časti cesta.
Red Velvet Cupcakes
Na 5-6 koláčikov
Suroviny
50 g múky
½ čajovej lyžičky prášku do pečiva
50 g cukru
50 g masla
1 vajíčko
25 g varenej červenej repy, nastrúhanej (nemusí byť)
1 polievková lyžica kakaa
2 čajové lyžičky červeného potravinárskeho farbiva
voda na zamiešanie
Obloha
75 g čerstvého syra
1 polievková lyžica práškového cukru
1 čajová lyžička citrónovej šťavy
Príprava
1. Predhrejte prístroj na koláče, počkajte, kým sa rozsvieti zelená kontrolka.
2. V mise zmiešajte múku, prášok do pečiva, cukor, maslo, vajíčko a červenú repu.
3. Trochu vody, kakao a potravinárske farbivo vymiešajte na hladkú pastu.
4. Zmes miešajte drevenou vareškou alebo mixérom jednu minútu.
5. Do otvorov v prístroji vložte košíčky na pečenie "cupcake" (mafiny) a naplňte ich cca.
2/3 cesta.
6. Prístroj zatvorte a koláčiky pečte 10 minút, až nakysnú a upečú sa do zlatohneda.
7. Na krém zmiešajte čerstvý syr, práškový cukor a citrónovú šťavu.
8. Koláčiky opatrne vyberte, nechajte trocha vychladnúť, potrite krémom a podávajte.
Namiesto krému ich môžete ozdobiť cukrovou polevou.
9. Rovnako postupujte aj pri pečení zvyšného cesta.
