OPERATION
Always remove the jug from the power base before filling it or before any operation.
Open the lid and fill the jug with fresh water, paying attention not to fill under the minimum
mark and above the maximum mark on the water level indicator.
Close the lid by pressing it down until you hear a click. Make sure it closes correctly.
Put the jug onto the power base, plug into the wall socket and switch on by pressing the
ON/OFF button. If it does not come on, check if the kettle is correctly positioned on the base
and check if the base is plugged in.
After pressing the ON/OFF button, "100" will appear. You can choose the temperature that
you need by pressing the “+” or ”-“ button, from 40 to 100°C. If no need the water begins
to heat up. DO NOT open the lid while the water is boiling. During the water boiling
process you can choose the temperature with the decrease or increase button. The
temperature adjusting scope is from 40 to 100°C. When the water reaches the desired
temperature, the LED display indicates the current temperature. The LED display indicates
the actual temperature according to changes during the boiling process.
If you want to switch on the “KEEP WARM FUNCTION”, press the ON/OFF switch and keep it
pressed for 3 seconds. The digital window will display ‘b55’ and the appliance turns to the
keep warm function. The default setting is 55°C but you can change it with the ”+” or “-“
button to a temperature between 40°C and 90°C when ‘b55’ is displayed. When the
flashing of ‘b55’ stops, it starts to boil until the water is boiled, and then the power goes off.
When the water temperature drops under 55°C, the appliance will turn on and begin to
work. When the temperature is up to 55°C, the appliance will turn off automatically. The
programme keeps working for 2 hours, in order to keep the water on a set temperature. It
will turn off after 2 hours if you do nothing to the kettle.
The jug kettle will switch off automatically when the water is boiling. However, you can stop
the appliance any time by putting the switch in the off-position.
For instant reboiling, wait until the water has cooled down and switch on the appliance
again.

off when it is accidentally switched on without water. Please bear in mind that only the
thermostat is switched off in case of overheat, whereas the switch stays in ON-position.
