Skiftet mellem hastighed – afhængig og – uafhængig er

kun muligt programmerne ”Count Up” og ”Count Down”.

Ergoracer starter altid hastighedsafhængig. Hvis trænin-

gen afbrydes skifter operationen automatisk tilbage til

hastighedsafhængig.

Afbrydelse eller slut på træning.

Ved mindre end 10 pedalomdrejninger pr min. eller ved

at trykke på ”Recovery”, betragter elektronikken det som

en afbrydelse af træningen. De opnåede træningsdata

vises. Hastighed, modstand, omdrejninger og puls vises

som gennemsnitsværdier med Ø symbolet.

Med ”Plus” eller ”Minus” kan du skifte i det aktuelle

display.

Træningsdaterne vises i 4 minutter. Hvis der ikke trykkes

på nogen tast eller der ikke trænes i den periode, skifter

elektronikken automatisk til standby mode, med rum tem-

peratur i displayet.

Genoptagelse af træningen.

Hvis træningen genoptages inden for 4 minutter, fortsætter

de tidligere værdier med at tælle op eller ned.
