Denne tast er til brug for inputdata. Her bekræftes alle

input.

Ergoracer: under træning kan her skiftes mellem hastighed-

safhængig til hastigheds uafhængig Funktionsmode.

SET (tryk over længere tid)

Individuel indstilling i alle segmenter i displayet aktiveres

her.

RESET

Denne tast nulstiller det aktuelle display.

PROGRAM.

Denne tast vælger programmer:

Nyt tryk: > næste program

Længere tryk: > program gennemgang.

MINUS - / PLUS +

Ved brug af disse taster, ændres værdierne i de forskellige

menuer før træning og modstanden ændres under trænin-

gen.

• Fortsæt (plus)

• Tilbage (minus)

• Længere tryk: hurtigt skift

• Tryk ”plus” og ”minus” samtidig

• Modstand går til 25 watt

• Programmer går til oprindelig

• Input af værdier går til Fra (Off)

RECOVERY:

Starter målingen af restitutionspuls

MÅLING AF PULS.

Pulsmålingen kan foretages på 2 måder.

1. 1.Øreclip (inkluderet i leveringen).

Stikket sættes i hunstikket.

2.Brystbælte uden plug-in, modtager er indbygget i denne

elektronik.

. Øreclipsen bør tages ud af stikket.

(Brystbælte er ikke altid inkluderet i leveringen)

Polar brystbæltet kan fås som tilbehør (art.nr. 67002000).
