Entrenamiento mediante predeterminacio-
nes del pulso
(PROGRAM) “HRC1 Count Up”
Pulsar “PROGRAM” hasta que destelle el símbo-
lo: “HRC Count Up”.
Pulsar “SET”: Rango de datos predeterminados
O Iniciar el entrenamiento, todos los valores van
sumando.
El rendimiento es incrementado automáticamente
hasta que se alcance el pulso objetivo (p. ej.

En los programas HRC es posible determinar el ren-
dimiento inicial de 25 –100 vatios en el rango de
los datos predeterminados.
Introducir los valores con “Más” o “Menos” (p.
ej. 100)
La potencia será incrementada automáticamente
a partir de 100 vatios, hasta que se alcance el
pulso objetivo (p. ej. 130)
Pulso
Con “Más” o “Menos” todavía es posible cambi-
ar el valor del pulso en este punto (disponibilidad
para el entrenamiento, p. ej. de 130 a 131.
Inicio del entrenamiento pedaleando.
KETTLER recomienda con los programas HRC la
medición del pulso con la cinta para el pecho.
La adaptación del rendimiento se produce en los
programas HRC en caso de desviaciones de +/-
latidos del corazón.
Interrupción o fin del entrenamiento
Con una frecuencia de pedaleo por debajo de 10
vueltas de pedal / min. o pulsando “RECOVERY”,
el sistema electrónico detecta una interrupción del
entrenamiento. Los valores del entrenamiento alcan-
zados se visualizarán.
Visualización
La velocidad, las revoluciones y el pulso se presen-
tan como valores medios con el símbolo Ø.
En esta indicación no hay ningún pulso actual
