Montaje
1Antes del montaje hay que asegurarse de que
la brida del cierre rápido está abierta. Abrir la
palanca completamente.

2Insertar el cierre rápido hasta que se oiga un
clic. Asegurarse de que la brida está abierta.

3Ajustar la tensión con la palanca tensora
medio abierta hasta que la brida esté en la
puntera.

4Cerrar completamente el cierre rápido.
Comprobar la fijación correcta del cierre rápido
y, en caso necesario, reajustar el cierre rápido
en la brida.
La palanca está asegurada.

5.3.3 Comprobación de la potencia y del
manillar
5.3.3.1 Comprobación de las conexiones
1Para comprobar si el manillar, la potencia y el
vástago de la horquilla están firmemente
conectados, situarse delante del S-Pedelec.
Sujetar la rueda delantera entre las piernas.
Agarrar los puños del manillar.
2Intentar girar el manillar con respecto a la
rueda delantera.
La potencia no debe poderse mover ni girar.
5.3.3.2 Asiento firme
1Para comprobar el asiento firme de la
potencia, apoyarse con todo el peso en el
manillar con la palanca de cierre rápido
cerrada.
El tubo del vástago del manillar no debe
poderse mover hacia abajo en el vástago de la
horquilla.
2Si el tubo del vástago del manillar en el
vástago de la horquilla se mueve, aumentar la
tensión de la palanca del cierre rápido. Para
ello, girarlo con la palanca de cierre rápido
abierta, girando ligeramente la tuerca
moleteada en el sentido horario.
3Cerrar la palanca y volver a comprobar el
asiento firme de la potencia.
