Funkce RECOVERY

Měření zotavovacího pulsu

• Při ukončení tréninku stiskněte tlačítko “RECOVERY”.

Zobrazí se:

REC

Hodnota pulsu se uloží (P1)

Aktuální puls se bude nadále zobrazovat.

Elektronika změří váš puls po 60 vteřin zpětně.

Uloží se puls po 60 sekundách (P2)

Zobrazí se rozdíl hodnot pulsu (P1- P2).

Podle něj je vypočtena kondiční známka (například F 4,8).

Zobrazení bude po 20 sekundách ukončeno.

Tlačitko “RECOVERY” přeruší funkci zotavovacího pulsu

nebo zobrazení kondiční známky.

Jestliže na začátku nebo na konci odpočítávání času ne-

bude naměřen puls, objeví se chybové hlášení “Err”.

Zobrazení posledního tréninku s

průměrnými a maximálními hodnotami

• Stiskněte tlačítko „Osoby”: Výběr osoby

Zobrazí se:

„Osoba 1 bliká, celková doba tréninku a cel-

kový počet kilometrů“

• Změňte osobu pomocí tlačítek „plus” nebo „mínus“

• Stiskněte opětovně tlačítko „Osoby”:

Zobrazí se:

Zobrazí se průměrné hodnoty pulsu, % pulsu,

RPM, KM/H a stupně zátěže z posledního tréninku se

symbolem [Ø]

• Stiskněte tlačítko “DISP/SET”

Zobrazí se:

Maximální hodnoty pulsu, % pulsu, RPM,

KM/H a stupně zátěže z posledního tréninku se symbo-

lem [Ø]

• Stiskněte tlačítko “DISP/SET”

Zobrazí se:

Připravenost k tréninku s nebo bez zadání.

Hodnoty posledního tréninku se vztahují pouze na pos-

lední tréninkovou jednotku. Hodnoty se uloží prostřednict-

vím “RESET” nebo aktivací pohotovostního režimu se

zobrazením času a vymažou předchozí hodnoty.
