RECOVERY – functie
Herstelpolsmeting
• Bij trainingseinde “RECOVERY” indrukken.
Weergave:
REC
De polsslagwaarde wordt opgeslagen (P1)
De actuele polsslag wordt weer getoond.
De computer meet 60 seconden terugtellend uw polsslag.
De polsslag na 60 seconden (P2) wordt opgeslagen. Het
verschil in polsslag (P1 – P2) wordt getoond. Daaruit wordt
een conditiecijfer (in het voorbeeld F 4,8) berekend. De
weergave wordt na 20 seconden beëindigt.
“RECOVERY” onderbreekt de herstelpolsfunctie of conditie-
cijfer-weergave.
Wordt aan het begin of einde van de teruglopende tijd
geen polsslag gemeten, verschijnt de foutmelding “Err”.
Weergave van de laatste training met ge-
middelde en maximale waardes
• “personen” indrukken: personenkeuze
Weergave:
“persoon 1 knippert, totale trainingstijd en to-
taal aantal kilometers”
• Met “plus” of “minus” de persoon wisselen
• “personen” opnieuw indrukken:
Weergave:
gemiddelde waardes van polsslag, % polsslag,
RPM, KM/h en remniveau van de laatste training wor-
den met het [Ø] symbool weergegeven.
• “DISP/SET” indrukken
Weergave:
maximale waardes van polsslag, % polsslag,
RPM, KM/h en remniveau van de laatste training wor-
den met het [MAX] symbool weergegeven.
• “DISP/SET” indrukken
Weergave:
gereed voor training met of zonder program-
meringen.
De laatste trainingswaardes hebben alleen betrekking op
de laatste trainingssessie. De waardes worden door een
“RESET” of activering van de standby-modus met tijdweer-
gave opgeslagen en wissen eerdere waardes.
