RECOVERY – Funktion

Erholungspulsmessung

• Bei Trainingsende “RECOVERY” drücken.

Der Pulswert wird gespeichert (P1)

Dir aktuelle Puls wird weiterhin angezeigt.

Die Elektronik misst 60 Sekunden rücklaufend Ihren Puls.

Der Pulswert nach 60 Sekunden (P2) wird gespeichert

Die Pulsdifferenz (P1- P2) wird angezeigt

Daraus wird eine Fitnessnote (im Beispiel F 4,8) ermittelt.

Die Anzeige wird nach 20 Sekunden beendet.

“RECOVERY” unterbricht die Erholpuls-Funktion oder Fit-

nessnoten-Anzeige.

Wird zu Beginn oder Ende des Zeitrücklaufs kein Puls er-

fasst, erscheint die Fehlermeldung “Err”.

Anzeige des letzten Trainings mit Durch-

schnitts- und Maximalwerten

• “Personen” drücken: Personenauswahl

“Person 1 blinkt, Gesamttrainingszeit und -Kilo-

meter”

• Mit “Plus” oder “Minus” Person wechseln

• “Personen” erneut drücken:

Durchschnittswerte von Puls, % Puls, RPM, KM/H

und Bremsstufe des letzten Trainings werden mit [Ø]

Symbol angezeigt.

• “DISP/SET” drücken

Maximalwerte von Puls, % Puls, RPM, KM/H und

Bremsstufe des letzten Trainings werden mit [MAX] Sym-

bol angezeigt.

• “DISP/SET” drücken

Anzeige: Trainingsbereitschaft mit oder ohne Vorgaben.

Die letzten Trainingswerte beziehen sich nur auf die letzte

Trainingseinheit. Die Werte werden durch ein “RESET”

oder Aktivierung des Standby Modus mit Zeitanzeige ge-

speichert und löschen vorherige Werte.
