8. Ajustes de la cinta
¡Atención!
Cuando utilice la cinta ergométrica, preste atención a que la cinta se encuentre entre las dos marcas.
De lo contrario, pare el entrenamiento y ajuste la cinta adecuadamente.
8.1 Ajuste de la cinta
El ajuste de la cinta se realiza con la cinta en marcha a una velocidad aproximada de 6 km/h (o menos).
¡No debe haber ninguna persona sobre la cinta cuando se realice el ajuste! Si la cinta se desplaza ha-
cia la derecha, gire el tornillo de ajuste derecho (imagen superior) con la llave de vaso adjunta, como
máximo un cuarto de vuelta en sentido horario. Camine por la cinta y controle la marcha. Repita el
proceso hasta que la cinta vuelva a marchar recta. Si la cinta se desvía hacia la izquierda, gire el tornillo
de ajuste derecho (imagen superior) con la llave de vaso adjunta, como máximo un cuarto de vuelta en
sentido antihorario. Camine por la cinta y controle la marcha. Repita el proceso hasta que la cinta vuelva
a marchar recta.
8.2 Tensión de la cinta
Gire el tornillo de ajuste (imagen de arriba) como máximo un cuarto de vuelta en sentido horario. Repita
el proceso en el otro lado. Compruebe si la cinta sin fin se desliza. En ese caso es necesario, repita una
vez más el proceso descrito. Realice con mucho cuidado el ajuste de la cinta y la tensión de la cinta. ¡Si
se tensa demasiado o demasiado poco puede dañarse la cinta!
