Ändern der Leistung während des Trainings:

• “Plus”: Anzeige Wert in dem Fenster “Power”

wird in 5-er Schritten erhöht.

• “Minus” reduziert in 5-er Schritten

Fortsetzung des Trainings mit dieser Einstellung. Zwi-

schenzeitliche Leistungsveränderungen sind jederzeit

möglich.
