Ausgangsposition: Auf der Bank liegend, im Hüft und
Kniegelenk 90° gebeugt. Handflächen schieben an
der Hüfte vorbei.
Bewegungsausführung: Der Oberkörper wird einge-
rollt, leicht angehoben und danach wieder abgesenkt.
Die Lendenwirbelsäule bleibt am Rückenpolster.
Beanspruchte Muskulatur: Bauchmuskulatur

Starting position: Lie on the bench with hips and knees bent at 90 de-
grees. The hands push forward past the thighs.
Exercise: The upper torso is lifted forward, raised slightly and then lo-
wered again. The lower back remains lying flat on the bench.

Position initiale : Couché sur le banc, penché, penché à 90° au niveau de

Posición inicial: apoyar la espalda sobre el banco, flexionar en ángulo
recto la articulación de la cadera y de las rodillas. Las palmas de las
manos se colocan más allá de la cadera.
Movimiento: se enrolla el tronco, se eleva ligeramente y después se vuelve
a la posición inicial. Las vértebras lumbares permanecen en contacto con
la almohadilla para la espalda.

Esecuzione del movimento: arrotolare il busto, sollevarlo leggermente e
poi riabbassarlo. La colonna vertebrale (zona lombare) rimane appog-
giata allo schienale.

Pozycja wyjściowa: leżąc na ławce uginamy biodra i kolana pod kątem
90°. Powierzchnie dłoni przesuwają się po biodrach.
Wykonywanie ruchów: „zwijamy“ tułów, lekko go unosimy i następnie
ponownie opuszczamy. Lędźwiowy odcinek kręgosłupa pozostaje na
ławce.
Obciążone mięśnie: mięśnie brzucha
P 13. Crunch 2 (abdominais)
Posição inicial: deitado no banco, dobre os quadris e os joelhos a 90°.
Empurre as palmas das mãos para a frente ao lado dos quadris.
Execução do movimento: encurve o tronco superior, elevando-o ligeira-
mente e baixando-o novamente de seguida. Mantenha a coluna lombar
assente na prancha acolchoada.

Výchozí poloha: Vleže na lavici, kyčelní a kolenní klouby ohnuty v úhlu
90°. Plochu dlaní přisuňte k pánvi.
Provedení pohybu: Horní část těla se pokrčí, mírně nadzvedne a potom
opět spustí zpět. Bederní páteř zůstává na polstrování zádové opěrky.
