Warm-up

(Alleen bij Count-up en Count-down)

De functie kan alleen bij een stilstaande band

gestart worden.

De band versneld langzaam als de snelheids-

waarde hoger is dan de opgeslagen waarde

onder “persoonlijke instellingen”.

Voorbeeld: (HRC waarde)

Opgeslagen waarde = 3,0 km/h,

Hogere manuele instelling

bij de start = 6,1 km/h;

WARM UP verhoogt de snelheid na 30 sec.

van 3,0 naar 6,1 km/h.

(waarde en km/h knipperen);

Is 6,1 km/h bereikt, verdwijnt WARM-UP en

wordt de waarde zonder knipperen weergege-

ven.

Nogmaals indrukken van “Warm-up” tijdens

het knipperen beëindigt de functie.

Cool-down

De COOL-DOWN functie kan tijdens de trai-

ning in elk programma gekozen worden. Het

zorgt voor een gelijkmatige snelheidsverminde-

ring aan trainingseinde naar de opgeslagen

waarde onder “persoonlijke instellingen”. Na

nog eens 30 sec. schakelt de band uit. Tijdens

de COOL-DOWN fase knipperen de waarde

en km/h. Nogmaals indrukken van “cool-down”

tijdens het knipperen beëindigd de functie.

Opmerking

De wijziging van “cool-down en warm-up”-

waardes wordt op bladzijde “21” beschreven.
