und Steigungsvorgaben
Beachten der Sicherheitsinformationen
Netz- und Sicherheitsschalter eingeschaltet
a) Manuelle Vorgaben
(PROGRAM) “Count Up”
“PROGRAM” 1x drücken: Anzeige “Count Up”
wie Schnellstart
(PROGRAM) “Count Down”
“PROGRAM” 2x drücken: Anzeige “Count Down”
Das Programm zählt von eingegebenen Werten
nach unten > 0.
“SET” drücken: Vorgabenbereich
Wenn keine Eingabe erfolgt, beginnt das Training im Pro-
gramm “Count Up”.
Zum Programmstart muss mindestens eine Vorgabe für
Time, Distance oder Energy eingegeben werden.
