U1: Userprogramma 1
Dit programma maakt het de gebruiker mogelijk een eigen profiel
(met aparte segmenten) op te stellen. Kies voor elk segment een
hellingshoek en een snelheid naar eigen wens. U heeft zo de
mogelijkheid een op uw trainingsdoelen afgestemd programma
op te stellen.
Dit opgesteld programma wordt in de computer opgeslagen en
kan te allen tijde gekozen en getraind worden.
1. De veiligheidssleutel plaatsen en SPEED (+) resp. (-) indruk-
ken tot het gewenste programma getoond wordt (U1).
2. Op de MODE toets drukken en SPEED (+) resp. (-) indrukken
om te kiezen welke tijd (00-99) gewenst is. De standaardin-
stelling is 24 minuten.
INCLINE (+) resp. (-) indrukken om de gewenste hellingshoek (0-
10) te kiezen.
De standaardinstelling is 0 %.
3. Op de MODE toets drukken.
4. Seg01; SPEED (+) resp. (-) en INCLINE (+) resp. (-) indruk-
ken, zodat elk apart segment aangepast kan worden, bijv.
Seg01 snelheid 4,2 km met hellingshoek 2. Seg02 snelheid
5,6 km met een hellingshoek van 4. Bij andere segmenten
precies zo te werk gaan. (Seg01 – Seg12). Na elk segment
op de MODE toets drukken. Als u klaar bent op de START
toets drukken. De loopband start.
Tijdens de training kunt u het snelheids- en hellingshoekniveau met
(+) resp. (-) wijzigen.
