Funktionsbereich
Die fünf Tasten werden im Folgenden kurz erklärt.
Die genauere Anwendung wird in den einzelnen Kapiteln erläutert. In diesen
Beschreibungen werden die Namen der Funktionstasten auch so verwendet.
PERSON
Mit dieser Funktionstaste werden die verschiedenen Personendaten aktiviert oder
verändert.
Nochmaliges Drücken > nächste Person.
RECOVERY
Mit dieser Funktionstaste wird die Erholungspulsfunktion gestartet.
SET
Mit dieser Funktionstaste werden Eingaben aufgerufen.
Die eingestellten Daten werden übernommen.
Minus – / Plus +
Mit diesen Funktionstasten werden vor dem Training bei verschiedenen Eingaben
Werte und Einstellungen verändert:
längeres Drücken > schneller Wertedurchlauf
“Minus” und “Plus” zusammen gedrückt:
Werteeingabe springt auf Aus (OFF)
