Puls docelowy (40 - 210)
• Przyciskami “Plus” + “Minus” odwołać kon-
trolę pulsu maksymalnego. Wskazanie:
“OFF”
• Potwierdzić przyciskiem “SET”.
Wskazanie: parametr “Kontrola pulsu docelowego”
Kontrola pulsu docelowego aktywna
• Przyciskami “Plus” + “Minus” zadać kontrolę
pulsu docelowego (np. 130)
• Potwierdzić przyciskiem “SET”
Odwołanie kontroli pulsu docelowego
• Przyciskami “Plus” + “Minus” odwołać kontrolę
pulsu docelowego. Wskazanie: “Off”
• Potwierdzić przyciskiem “SET”
Wskazanie:
Wszystkie parametry, puls (jeśli aktywna jest reje-
stracja tętna) i brak wskazania pulsu procentowe-
go
• Nacisnąć na pedały
Czas i dystans zliczane są w dół (tylko przy
zadanych parametrach)
Zmiana wskazania DISTANCE/RPM
Wskazanie zmienia się podczas treningu w taktach
5-sekundowych.
Przerwanie lub zakończenie treningu
W przypadku częstotliwości stąpania na pedały
poniżej 20 obrotów/min lub wciśnięcia “RECO-
VERY” komputer rozpoznaje to jako przerwanie tre-
ningu. Wartości treningowe zostają zatrzymane,
“SPEED” i “RPM” pokazują O. Wskazanie zacho-
wane zostaje przez 4 minuty. Jeśli w tym czasie nie
zostanie wciśnięty żaden przycisk i trening nie
będzie kontynuowany, urządzenie przełączy się na
tryb uśpienia ze wskazaniem temperatury otocze-
nia.
Kontynuacja treningu
W przypadku ponownego podj´cia treningu w
ciàgu 4 minut zatrzymane wartoÊci b´dà nadal
zliczane.
Funkcja RECOVERY
Pomiar pulsu spoczynkowego
Na zakończenie treningu wcisnąć “RECO-
VERY”. System elektroniczny będzie teraz mierzyć
przez 60 sekund nasz puls zliczając wstecz.
Obliczana jest ocena sprawności np. “F 3.0”.
“RECOVERY” przerywa funkcję pulsu spoczynkowe-
go lub wskazanie oceny sprawności
Jeśli na początku lub na zakończenie wstecznego
zliczania czasu nie zostanie zarejestrowany puls,
pojawia się meldunek błędu. “E ”
