Pole funkcyjne

Poniżej krótko objaśnione są cztery przyciski. Dokładnie-

jsze ich zastosowanie wyjaśniają poszczególne rozd-

ziały. Nazwy przycisków funkcyjnych są stosowane w

tych opisach również w taki sposób.

Minus – / Plus +

Przy pomocy tych przycisków funkcyjnych można zmie-

niać przed treningiem wartości różnych parametrów:

Dłuższe wciśnięcie > szybka zmiana wartości

“Minus” i “Plus” wciśnięte razem:

Zadawanie wartości wyłącza się (OFF)

SET

Wciśnięcie tego przycisku powoduje wywołanie

zadanych parametrów. Urządzenie przejmuje ustawione

dane.

Dłuższe wciśnięcie > kasowanie wskazania (Reset)

RECOVERY

Przycisk ten uruchamia funkcję tętna spoczynkowego.

Pomiar tętna

Pomiar tętna może odbywać się z trzech różnych źródeł:

1. Klips nauszny –

Wtyczkę wtykamy do gniazdka;

2. Czujnik tętna dłoni

Przyłącze znajduje się na tylnej stronie wskaźnika;

3. Zestaw Cardio-Puls-Set
