Pulsazione da raggiungere (40 - 210)
•Disattivare con i tasti “Più” + “Meno” il
controllo della pulsazione massima. Indica-
tore: “OFF”
• Confermare con “SET”.
Indicatore: Impostazione “Controllo della pulsazione
impostata”
Controllo pulsazione impostata attivo
•Impostare con i tasti “Più” + “Meno” il controllo
della pulsazione impostata (p.es. 130)
• confermare con “SET”
Disattivare il controllo della pulsazione impostata
•Disattivare con i tasti “Più” + “Meno” il controllo
della pulsazione impostata: “Off”
• confermare con “SET”
Indicatore:
Tutte le impostazioni, pulsazioni (se è attivo il rile-
vamento delle pulsazioni) e senza indicatore %-
pulsazioni
• Azionare i pedali
Conteggio alla rovescia del tempo e della distanza
(soltanto con impostazioni)
Alternanza indicatore DISTANCE/RPM
Durante l'allenamento gli indicatori si alternano con
una cadenza di 5 secondi.
Interruzione o termine dell'allenamento
L’elettronica rileva un’interruzione dell'allenamento
se si eseguono meno di 20 giri di pedale al minuto
oppure se si aziona “RECOVERY”. I valori di allena-
mento rimangono fermi - “SPEED” e “RPM” mostra-
no O. Il display rimane visibile per circa 4 minuti.
Se non si aziona alcun tasto o non si riprende l'al-
lenamento durante questo periodo, l’elettronica com-
muta nella modalità di sospensione con visualizza-
zione della temperatura ambiente.
Ripresa dell'allenamento
Se si riprende l'allenamento entro 4 minuti il conteg-
gio degli ultimi valori viene continuato in ordine cre-
scente o decrescente.
Funzione RECOVERY
Misurazione della frequenza cardiaca di
recupero
Azionare “RECOVERY” al termine dell'allena-
mento.
L’elettronica misura la frequenza cardiaca contando
alla rovescia 60 secondi.
In base a questa differenza viene determinato il giu-
dizio di fitness, p.es. “F 3.0”.
“RECOVERY” interrompe la funzione della frequen-
za o la visualizzazione del giudizio di fitness
Se all’inizio o al termine del cronometraggio non
viene rilevata alcuna pulsazione si visualizza il mes-
saggio d'errore. “E”
