seconden.
Trainingsonderbreking of – einde
Bij een trapfrequentie onder 20 pedaalomwentelin-
gen/min of indrukken van “RECOVERY” herkent de
elektronica een trainingsonderbreking. De trainings-
waardes blijven staan “SPEED” en “RPM” tonen O.
De weergave wordt ca. 4 minuten getoond. Drukt u
binnen deze tijd geen toetsen in en traint u niet,
schakelt de elektronica in de slaapstand met kamer-
temperatuurweergave.
Hervatten van de training
Bij voortzetten van de training binnen 4 minuten
worden de laatste waardes verder op- of terugge-
teld.
RECOVERY – Funktie
Herstelpolsmeting
Bij trainingseinde “RECOVERY” indrukken.
De elektronica meet 60 seconden teruglopend uw
polsslag.
Er wordt een conditiecijfer bijv. “F 3.0” berekend.
“RECOVERY” onderbreekt de herstelpols-functie of
conditiecijfer-weergave
Wordt aan het begin of einde van de teruglopende
tijd geen polsslag gemeten, verschijnt de foutmel-
ding “E ”.
