Ajuste previo del usuario (U1 / U2 / U3 / U4 / U0)
Con la tecla USER se puede seleccionar el usuario
deseado o preajustado.
Si el aparato se desconecta de la red eléctrica, p. ej.,
con ocasión de un cambio de emplazamiento, y se
vuelve a conectar, los datos del usuario referidos a la
persona que se han introducido (de U1 a U4) se con-
servan al producirse un reinicio.
Como usuario invitado se puede seleccionar U 0.
¡IMPORTANTE! ¡Con el ajuste USER no se memorizan
los datos de entrenamiento (TIME, DISTANCE y CALO-
RIES)! Estos datos se cuentan únicamente durante una
unidad de de entrenamiento.
RECOVERY
Utilice la tecla RECOVERY para activar o desactivar la
medición del pulso de recuperación tras el entrena-
miento.
Medición del pulso
La medición del pulso puede realizarse por medio de
3 fuentes:
1. Pulso de la mano (estándar)
2. Clip de oreja – (opcional)
Se enchufa el conector en la hembrilla
3. El receptor está incorporado en este sistema electró-
nico detrás del indicador. Debe retirarse el clip de
oreja si está enchufado. El cinturón de pecho
POLAR T34 sin receptor enchufable se puede
adquirir como accesorio (n.º art. 67002000).
Indicaciones del display
En general
The display is divided into four separate display areas
1. The top row displays information on the status or sel-
ected training program
2. The top left zone gives information on the current
user (U 0-4) and user-specific data is recorded: gen-
der, age and weight.
Using this input data, the computer calculates data
relating to heart rate and the level of intensity during
training.
3. The large screen which displays a graphic image of
the training distance (course profile) offers simple
user guidance during the training session. One bar
= low intensity; 16 bars above one another = maxi-
mum intensity.
4. Below the user display and in the entire bottom row
of the screen, there are several adjacent symbols
where the different target values and training units
are displayed. When presetting these units, the func-
tional symbol will blink > e.g. TIME.
