Na displeji naleznete všechny důležité informace. Je třeba rozlišovat mezi zobrazením nabídky a zob-

razením tréninku:

Zobrazení nabídky

Po zapnutí obrazovky přejdete do zobrazení nabídky.

Můžete zde provádět nastavení dat uživatele nebo dat přístroje, vybrat trénink a zjistit výsledky svého

tréninku.

Zobrazení tréninku

Po výběru tréninku přejdete do zobrazení tréninku.

Naleznete zde všechny důležité tréninkové hodnoty a tréninkový profil.

2. Stisknutí centrálního tlačítka

V nabídce: Stisknutím centrálního tlačítka potvrdíte vybraný prvek. Přejdete do vybrané položky

nabídky nebo vybraného tréninku.

Při tréninku: Žádná funkce

3. Otáčení centrálním tlačítkem

V nabídce: Změníte výběr v dané nabídce. Půlkruhové zobrazení v dolní části displeje signalizuje

další možnosti výběru.

Při tréninku: Změníte odpor při šlapání

4. Levé tlačítko

V nabídce: Vrátíte se do nadřazené položky nabídky. Případně provedené změny se neuloží.

Při tréninku: Ukončíte trénink a zahájíte měření zotavovacího pulsu. Opětovným stisknutím se vrátíte

do tréninku.

5. Pravé tlačítko

V nabídce: Vyvolání kontextové informace: Význam této položky nabídky bude vysvětlen blíže.

Při tréninku: Zobrazení průměrných hodnot. Stisknutím tlačítka se na několik málo sekund zobrazí

průměrné hodnoty.
